CHAPTER MEETING
Standard Chapter Meeting Sponsor: $2,500
Chapter meetings are hybrid with in-person and virtual attendees. Typical registration in-person is approximately 60, and virtual is approximately 100.The chapter will choose the presenter and topic for the chapter meeting. If the sponsor has a qualified presenter, the chapter will take that under consideration. These opportunities are not meant to be “marketing-focused” for the sponsoring vendor. The presentation/discussion, instead, should be as vendor-neutral as possible. However, the sponsor is welcome to take a few minutes at the end to discuss the company’s offerings.
The sponsor has the opportunity to set up a table for literature, and any giveaways (pen, gadgets, etc.) will be set up. Also, if you would like contact information for attendees, business cards can be collected as part of a drawing for a “prize”.
