Beginning next month in July 2021, our North Texas chapter of ISACA will discontinue use of Cvent for event registrations, payment collections, and most importantly, CPE certificate issuance. This means that past event CPE certificates may no longer be retrievable by using the CPE links sent to you following each past event.
To ensure you can provide evidence of reported CPE as needed, please verify you have copies of all your CPE certificates from January 2020 to present day. Also, plan to download any CPE to be issued for the upcoming June meeting when available, along with any chapter meetings, seminars and certification training – everything presented by ISACA North Texas where CPE was emailed to you for a prior event. By July 5th 2021, you will need to verify you have copies of all your CPEs. The links provided in the existing Cvent generated CPE emails may no longer work after this date.
Please perform the following steps prior to July 5th, 2021 for any CPEs you need to save:
- Locate any email message sent to you from cpe@isaca-northtexas.org in 2020 and 2021
- Open each email
- Click on the link that says “Click here” to print your CPE
- Download and save each emailed CPE to your computer to retain your reported evidence
For your reference, monthly meetings were held for January-February and October-December of 2020, and all months to date in 2021.
