Bio:
Tonya Arnold-Tornquist, CIA, CRMA has 18+ years of Internal Audit experience; most notably performing first time ever internal audits in a wide range of topics including: SDLC, Quality Assurance, Defect Management, Open Source, and Cybersecurity. She graduated from Creighton University with a BSBA in Accounting & MIS and also obtained an MBA from Bellevue University. Tonya is an active leader within the IIA, serving as a past Chapter President, current Chapter Board of Governor; as well as, an IIA Faculty member facilitating IIA Courses in "Data Literacy and Analytics", "Tools for Audit Leaders", and "Agile Auditing". Professionally, she is the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive for Milan Laser where she was recruited to build a new Internal Audit function from the ground up. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, card making, and spending time with family.
