Message From the President

It is a privilege to serve our members and the community as the President of ISACA Victoria.

I am honored to be part of an engaged and active board of directors each of whom are passionate about volunteering their time and expertise to the betterment of our community. Our membership has grown, and we have been able to offer more programs at low or no cost to our members and our community, because of the dedication of our board of directors and other member volunteers.

My goals over the past two years have been:
  1. Stabilizing the administration of our Chapter's operations by ensuring strong board engagement and succession planning;
  2. Offering low cost or free educational and social opportunities to members in our community for continuing education and further member engagement;
  3. Promoting diversity of our members in as many educational and professional settings as possible; Building ties with different levels of government and collaborating with the non-profit and private sector in offering programs of value;
  4. Attracting new members by offering volunteer opportunities, mentorships, and scholarships to students and young professionals.
I look forward to connecting with new members in our community who strive to improve governance and best practices in information security across different sectors. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any of our board members with your ideas and suggestions.
