Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities

Annual Student Conference

About the Event: The conference is a fully catered, one-day event focused on promoting Cybersecurity as a rewarding career path for high school, college, and university students, as well as professionals looking to transition into the field. Following the success of last year’s event, we are thrilled to be hosting the 2025 conference in person.

Date: March 10th, 2025
Venue: Ambrosia Banquet Hall, Fisgard Street
Expected Attendance: Around 150 students and professionals

The day will feature inspiring speakers from the Public and Private Sectors, recent graduates sharing their journeys, and insights into topics such as risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.

What’s in It for You?
We rely on generous sponsorships from organizations like yours to make this event a success. As a sponsor, your organization will:
  • Have its logo featured on ISACA Victoria’s advertisement platforms, event posters, and our Chapter’s website.
  • Be included in all marketing and promotional materials leading up to and during the event.
  • Have the opportunity to set up a booth at the conference to engage with attendees, showcase your organization, and discuss job and internship opportunities.
Additional Highlights: This year, we are offering scholarships to help remove financial barriers for students pursuing security certifications through ISACA. Additionally, we are offering membership reimbursements for speakers, panelists, sponsors, and volunteers to show our appreciation for their contributions.

How You Can Help: In the past, our generous sponsors have contributed between $500 - $2000, which has gone towards venue rental, catering, advertisement, and prizes. We’d be incredibly grateful for any level of support you can provide to help us continue inspiring the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Please let us know if you’d be interested in partnering with us this year. If so, I’d be happy to follow up with additional event details and an invoice for your sponsorship.

Thank you so much for considering this opportunity to support future cybersecurity leaders. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
