The West Michigan ISACA Chapter wants to invest $$$ in your future!
Through the generous support of our members, the WMISACA Chapter has established a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to those interested in pursuing opportunities in higher education. Individuals interested in applying for the scholarship must complete the application and related information requirements as noted below. The WMISACA Chapter is allocating $3,000 for the 2021 academic year Scholarship fund. Two (2) awards will be available for current high school seniors, graduating at the conclusion of the 2020-21 academic year, or full-time college students (enrolled in at least 12 semester credit hours). The award for first place is $2,000 and the award for second place is $1,000.
Scholarship award applicant requirements:
- Evidence of college enrollment and GPA.
- Completed application (see below).
- Essay (see question within application below).
- Students must be a Michigan resident or attend a Michigan College.
- Minimum 3.0 (out of 4.0) Grade Point Average (GPA).
- Scholarship awards will be granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Scholarship Procedures and Selection Criteria
The Scholarship application form and supporting documentation must be submitted electronically to the WMISACA Scholarship Committee: email@example.com no later than 5:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time on February 26, 2021. Please title the email subject line "2021 Scholarship Application" and send all materials in .pdf format only.
Late submissions will not be accepted. All decisions made by the WMISACA Scholarship Committee shall be considered final.
