Mark Pardee is the President of Prescott, LLC, a Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO). Before joining Prescott, Mark worked for nine years at a multinational manufacturing company where he started and built the IT Governance, Global Privacy and Third Party risk management programs. He previously owned an MSP for fifteen years and has worked with multiple MSPs to develop their programs and drive profitability.
Prescott works with contractors in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) to help them understand both the opportunity and the requirements of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). DIB contractors are now required to be compliant with NIST SP 800-171r2 will soon be required to pass a third-party assessment of their CMMC controls to work continue to work with Department of War and it's prime contractors and subcontractors. Prescott’s proven process and expert staff will guide the contractor through the maze of requirements to be prepared for their assessment.
