ISACA Technical Training: Alteryx Exploration (A Beginner Workshop)

8:30AM-12:30PM: Alteryx Exploration (Beginner Workshop)

12:30PM: Lunch available

1:00PM: Office Hours/1:1 Sessions available with Alteryx professionals (optional non CPE activity)

Alteryx Exploration Description:

A half day of Alteryx introduction,  information on success stories and best practices, and interactive challenges where attendees will use Alteryx to solve business problems. This workshop will have hands-on labs throughout the day so attendees will get the most value from this session if they bring a laptop with a trial license of Alteryx Designer loaded on the laptop.  Please note that this training will be focused on Alteryx and not data analytics in general. 4 CPE available.

Learning Objectives:

• What is Alteryx and what can it be used for?
• Understand the art of the possible and hear about Alteryx success stories.
• Build Alteryx workflows with guided instruction from an advanced Alteryx user.

Office Hours/ 1:1 Sessions:

The afternoon will include open office hours and a demo of Capitalize’s Workflow Admin Manager, a product used to help govern and admin Alteryx processes at scale.  The afternoon will allow for users to get support on their current projects and get support from advanced users on specific workflow improvements.  Not a CPE event.
