Meeting Attendance Policy

Meeting Attendance Policy (Revised 10-06-2025)

  • We invite all members to register for chapter meetings where payment will be accepted if there is a charge to attend.  Having an accurate headcount ensures a smooth event including seating, food, and cost controls. 
  • Walk-ins are allowed pending availability. Walk-ins will be sent an invoice after the event. CPE will be withheld until the invoice is paid. 
  • Cash or check at the event will be accepted as well but not preferred.  
  • Cancellations are allowed 2 days prior to the event for a refund.  You must email education@denver.isacachapter.org.  
  • CPE will be awarded based on check in and check out times.  If a time is missing, the attendee will receive 1 CPE.  If both times are missing, the attendee will receive 0 CPE.  CPE is determined based on the 50 minute standard=1CPE. 
  • Online meetings will also use polling questions. You must answer 2 of 3 polling questions per 1 hour to receive CPE.
  • CPE will be emailed within 2 weeks of the event. (Be kind, we are volunteers)
