Sponsor the ISACA Denver Chapter

Founded in 1976, the ISACA Denver Chapter has a long-standing history of supporting local professionals while contributing to ISACA’s global mission. Today, the chapter serves a community of 1,700+ members and is dedicated to advancing knowledge, skills, and professional growth in IT audit and assurance, cybersecurity, risk management, and governance and controls.

General Conditions of Sponsorship

  1. A sponsors name and/or logo will be the primary identifier of their sponsorship at an ISACA-Denver event. The logo may appear on our website, email communications about the event, linked in announcements, and welcome announcements at the start of the meeting.
  2. Sponsors will NOT receive a listing of chapter members and their contact information. Communication with ISACA-Denver Chapter members will only be at the option of the individual chapter member only (Opt-In).
  3. Although not required, sponsors may provide a door prize where individual members can opt-into a drawing for a door prize by providing their individual contact information or business card.
  4. For most businesses, a sponsorship is considered a valid business expense.  However, if a company/person was doing so to claim as a charitable contribution, it is our duty to advise that the ISACA Denver Chapter is a 501c(6) organization under IRS code; therefore sponsorships to the  ISACA Chapter cannot be considered a charitable deduction.

 

Chapter Meeting Sponsor

In-Person (Workshops & Training Sessions): $3,000 | Virtual: $1,500

  1. Sponsorship of a single in-person meeting on a month/date to be determined between ISACA Denver and the sponsoring company.
  2. Admission for up to three (3) sponsor representatives to the meeting.
  3. Meals or refreshments included for sponsor representatives as part of the sponsorship.
  4. Table to display company/product information and meet with chapter members.  Table will come with solid color tablecloth provided by the meeting venue.
  5. Logo/Company name will be included on meeting registration website.
  6. Logo/Company name included in all promotional communications including email blasts to full membership and Linked In posts.
  7. Option to introduce yourself and your product/service for a maximum of 10 minutes at the start of the meeting and invite members to visit your table for additional information.

Annual Sponsor ($10,000)

  1. Sponsorship covers the entire chapter year (September–May) and includes four in-person events and two to three virtual events.
  2. Admission for up to three (3) sponsor representatives to any chapter meeting in person or online.
  3. Meals or refreshments included for sponsor representatives as part of the sponsorship (for in person meetings).
  4. Table to display company/product information and meet with chapter members.  Table will come with solid color tablecloth provided by the meeting venue.
  5. Logo / Company name will be included on Chapter website for the annual chapter year.
  6. Logo/Company name will be included on meeting registration websites.
  7. Logo/Company name included in all promotional communications including email blasts to full membership and Linked In posts.
  8. Option to introduce yourself and your product/service for a maximum of 10 minutes at the start of the meeting and invite members to visit your table for additional information.
