Meet our 2023 - 2024 Board of Directors

Keith Voos, President

Keith has been a board member of ISACA for the past five years. He holds the Certified Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) and Certified Information Security Management (CISM) designations from ISACA.  He also holds several other designations such as the Certified Business Continuity Professional and Certified Cyber Resilience Professional from DRI International, Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS, and a PMP. Keith works for State Farm Insurance in Business Continuity and Technical Recovery. Outside of work, Keith loves to travel with his wife to warm locales especially during the cold Illinois winters. Jeff Elmendorf, Treasurer

Jeff has been a member of ISACA since 2018.  He holds the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certifications. Jeff also holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 and has an MA in Politics from the University of Dallas.  He works at State Farm Insurance in Enterprise Technology as a Software Engineer. Jeff is enthusiastic about data-driven cyber security.  Outside of work Jeff enjoys spending time with his awesome large family and reading. Eric Hrovat, Board Member

Eric has been a member of ISACA for over 10 years and holds the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) designations from ISACA.  He also holds several other industry designations and has served over 10 years on the IIA Board of Governors.  Eric has over 20 years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Audit and Banking.  Outside of work he enjoys running, walking his dog, watching sports, and attending live sporting events.  Please feel free to connect with Eric at erichrovat@gmail.com

Cliff Magee, Board Member

Cliff has a master’s degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and has been a member of ISACA for 7 years. He is passionate about educating and mentoring others on Operational and Cyber Resiliency.  Cliff currently holds: ISACA: Information Technology Certified Associate (ITCA) Instructor,  ​Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Cyber Security Audit Certificate (CSA), (ISC)²: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), EC-Council: Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), DRII: Certified Cyber Resiliency Professional (CCRP), DRII: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and AWS: Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWSCCP) He is currently teaching ISACA’s IT fundamentals courses for ISACA’s ITCA program and working as a cyber resiliency subject matter resource in his day job.  Outside of his career and mentoring, Cliff enjoys spending time with his 8 children, 8 grandchildren and discussing residential solar power. Please feel free to connect with Cliff at cliff_magee@yahoo.com or find him at: www.linkedin.com/in/cliff-magee-370739160 

Natalie Ogden, Board Member

Natalie has been a member of the ISACA Illini Chapter for 10 years. She holds the Certified Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications from ISACA, as well as the CompTIA Security+ certification.

Currently, Natalie works in Enterprise Risk Management at State Farm, where she provides oversight and consulting for risk frameworks. Prior to this, she held various technology and information security risk management positions within State Farm and has experience across the risk life cycle. Natalie is interested in continuous learning and contributing to opportunities to improve member engagement in the Illini Chapter. 

Juli Tucker, Immediate Past President

Juli has been a member of ISACA for 10 years and is less than one of a 1,000 people in the world to hold ISACA’s Certified in Information Security Auditing (CISA), Certified in Information Security Management (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certifications. She has also earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 and her AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications. She is passionate about information security, governance, and risk management…and feels blessed to get to use all of those in her work at State Farm. Outside of work and ISACA, Juli loves to spend time with her family, attend Broadway shows, cheer on the Cubs, and sneak away to Branson for the weekend to see a show and buy unnecessary things. Please feel free to connect with Juli at President@isaca-illini.org.

Andrew Crist

Andrew Crist has been member of ISACA since 2006 and has served the Chapter as Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Board member. He is a continuous learner and has obtained certifications from CDIA, Cisco, ISACA, ISC2, OCEG and SANS. Andrew works for State Farm Insurance in Enterprise Risk Management. He has 23 years of experience across all lines of defense, including Information Technology (Networking and Information Security), Risk Management, and Internal Audit.
