  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to avail of the Corporate Rates for Cebu Suite and Cebu Suite Ocean View.
  • The room rates are valid for the number of guests specified upon reservation. An extra charge will apply for additional persons staying in the room.
  • Complimentary breakfast buffet for two (2) adults and two (2) children 6 years old and below; four (4) adults and two (2) children 6 years old and below for two-bedroom accommodation (Cebu Suite and Cebu Suite Ocean View)
  • No additional charge for maximum of two (2) children up to 12 years old staying with an adult, using existing bedding. Extra bed request for child is at Php 1,000 without breakfast, inclusive of taxes.
  • For buffets, children 0-6 years old eat for free while children 7-12 years old will be charged 50% off the buffet price
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi, gym and water park. access
  • Above rates are nett, inclusive of applicable taxes. Room rates are non-commissionable.
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be extended subject to room availability. Charges will apply.

Kindly inform the team that you are a delegate of ISACA Manila Chapter and will avail Special Rates for the event.

 

  1. To proceed withe room reservation, kindly provide the following details: Name, Company, Stay Dates, Preferred Room Category, No. of Pax, Special Arrangements/Requests (Transfers, Extra Bed, etc.)

 

  1. A confirmation letter (CL) will be sent to your email including the booking details and booking ID, option date to pay to guarantee the reservation, payment options: bank details for manual transfer and payment link for credit/debit cards and EWallets.

 

  1. Kindly settle the balance not later than the option date provided to guarantee the reservation. Kindly provide the reservations team or your account handler with the proof of payment for validation with Finance team.

 

  1. For any request of Service Invoice, kindly coordinate ahead of time for the team’s preparation. Softcopy may be provided within 3-5 business days. Hardcopy may be provided upon arrival.
