  • Nomination Notice: 2026 Board of Trustees

    Dear ISACA Manila Chapter Members,
     
    The current term of the members of the 2025 Board of Trustees will end on December 31, 2025. As such we are pleased to announce that we will now be accepting nominees for the members of the CY2026 Board of Trustees.
     
    Any active, retired or student member of ISACA Manila (paid membership dues as of August 31, 2025) can nominate an active or retired member of ISACA Manila. A member may nominate a maximum of three (3) candidates for the elections.

    For the complete list of qualifications, please refer to the 2026 Election Charter.
      
    Nominations will be done thru electronic forms using Google.  These forms will be sent only to your ISACA-registered email address.  When submitted, the same email address should also be used.  When your email address is different from what is registered in ISACA, your nomination will not be considered.  
     
    There is no need to nominate yours truly, as I will serve as member of the Board of Trustees in 2026 - 2027 in accordance with the ISACA Manila Chapter By-Laws.
      
    The ISACA Manila Secretariat, acting as the implementation arm of the NOMELEC, will accept nominations starting September 16, 2025 (Tuesday) until September 27 (Saturday).

    All nominees will be required to submit their profiles and will undergo an evaluation process by NOMELEC. The list of final nominees for the elections of the members of the 2026 Board of Trustees of ISACA Manila Chapter will be released on October 6, 2025 (Monday).  Profiles of all final nominees will be posted in ISACA-Manila social media accounts, email and website by the said date.
     
    Election will be done electronically thru Google forms from the period October 7 - 20, 2025. The forms will be sent and returned again thru your ISACA-registered email address.
     
    The results of the election will be announced during the Annual General Membership Meeting on October 28, 2025.
     
     We encourage all Chapter members to participate in the nominations and elections.

Dear Members,

It is with great honor and humility that I stand before you as the incoming President of ISACA Manila Chapter. As we embark on a new year filled with opportunities and challenges, I am filled with excitement and optimism for what lies ahead.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for entrusting me with this important role. I am deeply committed to serving our chapter and ensuring that we continue to uphold the highest standards of excellence in everything we do.

Our chapter has a rich history of fostering professional growth, knowledge sharing, and networking within the field of information systems audit, control, privacy and security. As we look ahead to the coming year, I am eager to build upon this strong foundation and lead our chapter to even greater heights.

One of my key priorities as President will be to strengthen our chapter’s role as a leading voice in the industry. I believe that by actively engaging with our members, collaborating with other professional organizations, and staying abreast of the latest developments in our field, we can further enhance our reputation and influence.

I also recognize the importance of supporting our members in their professional development journeys. Whether it’s through educational events, conferences, certification programs, or networking opportunities, I am committed to providing you with the resources and support you need to thrive in your careers.

Lastly, I want to encourage each and every one of you to actively participate in our chapter’s activities. Your involvement is crucial to our success, and I value your input and contributions immensely. Together, we can make this coming year a truly memorable and impactful one for ISACA Manila Chapter.
