In this role, he leads audit, emerging technology, information technology, information security, privacy, and risk thought leadership initiatives relevant to ISACA’s constituents. He serves ISACA® departments as a subject matter expert on information security, spearheads innovative workforce readiness solutions and related performance assessments. Brandt is a highly accomplished US Navy veteran with nearly 30 years of experience spanning multidisciplinary security, cyberoperations and technical workforce development. Formal education includes an MSED in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and BS in Cybersecurity from Champlain College.

Andrew Clark is Monitaur's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. As a trusted expert in machine learning auditing and assurance, he has contributed to ISACA, ICO, NAIC, and NIST modeling governance standards. He brings years of experience as a complex systems economist, modeler, and validator.

Andrew received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an M.S. in Data Science from Southern Methodist University, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Reading. He also holds the Certified Analytics Professional and American Statistical Association Graduate Statistician certifications.
