There are more Information security and cyber security job openings than people to fill them.
Analyzing the number of online job listings between October 2020 and September 2021, CyberSeek.org found that there were only enough cybersecurity workers in the US to fill 68% of the jobs.
Many people have the ability and the desire, to move to a career in information/cyber security, but they are unsure of how to get there.
