Description:

Volunteer chapter leaders are needed to provide feedback on how you navigate and use ISACA's Chapter Leader Portal. Selected volunteers will complete a guided exercise independently to provide feedback on your experience.

Anticipated Outcomes

Volunteers will complete an approximately 15-minute independent, guided exercise in ISACA's Chapter Leader Portal, facilitated by Highland Solutions.
Feedback will be used to inform new navigation and information architecture of the Chapter Leader Portal.

Volunteer Criteria:

Current volunteer chapter leader (board or non-board roles)
- “Immediate Past” volunteers are also acceptable
ISACA Membership required
Geographic area representation required. I.e., participants will be selected so that we can cover the most regions possible.

Volunteer Benefits:

Participants who complete the exercise will be provided with a USD $25 virtual Visa gift card
