Description:

The Regional CACS Report Task Force will participate in development of a post-conference marketing and communications piece that highlights sessions, speakers and attendees from the conference. The completed report can be posted as a PDF to the website within a month of completion for attendees, prospective attendees, and sponsors to access in anticipation of next year’s conference. The report will
also be used in marketing emails and in social media posts to promote the brand of the regional CACS. The organizers may also use the report as a marketing tool to promote their work on CACS events.

Anticipated outcomes:
The Regional CACS Report Task Force will support the development and delivery of a report featuring short articles, quotes from sessions, attendee poll responses, photos, and social media posts from the conference. Volunteers will provide the content, translate if required, and ISACA will design and compile the submissions into a couple page report.

The report may include:
• Introduction paragraph with information about number of attendees and the chapter
• Stand-alone quotes (at least 10) from sessions
• Articles on keynote speakers: 100-200 words each, photos
• Two attendee polls with at least three respondents with photos for each
• Articles on sessions: 100-200 words (slides and lists also work well rather than articles); photos
• Photos: from receptions, audience shots, networking and socializing shots
• Social Media: collection of Twitter posts, Instagram posts

Volunteer Criteria/Composition needed:
• Registered attendee at the CACS conference. (ISACA will not be providing registration assistance for volunteers for this opportunity)
• Ability to accurately transcribe quotes from presentations, summarize key points from presentations, write brief yet informative articles
• Ability to take photos with own equipment (digital camera or smartphone) and share via email or Dropbox
• Ability to quickly submit, edit or translate parts of the report so it is published within three weeks of the conference
