Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to provide input on different course delivery options related to Privacy themed hands-on labs. The purpose of the research is to help us identify how users prefer to learn and what would make them the most successful.

Timeline:

Volunteers will go through three different learning scenarios and record their experiences on which formats were preferred. Volunteers can expect to spend approximately 1-2 hours on this activity. 

  • Scenario 1 – Two performance-based labs with an objective and lab instructions.
  • Scenario 2 – Two performance-based labs with an objective, lab instructions, and video clips.
  • Scenario 3 – Two performance-based labs with an objective, lab instructions, video clips, and a learning module.

After completing the three scenarios, volunteers will be contacted by ISACA staff to schedule an interview regarding your experience in the three scenarios.

1:1 Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with ISACA staff. The interviews last approximately 30 minutes, and all information remains confidential.

Please disregard the start date listed for this opportunity! Volunteers will be accepted on a rolling basis and activities will begin soon after application approval, between now and 30 November.


Volunteer Criteria:

  • A variety of representatives from various career and experience levels:
    • CEO/CTO/CIO
    • Director
    • Manager
    • Business Leader
    • Individual Contributor
  • Global representation of participants preferred
  • Fluency in English for the interview
  • ISACA member or certifications not required
  • Availability between 8am-5pm Central Time for the interview

Not all who apply will be selected to participate.


Volunteer Benefits:
