2023 Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework Interactive Guide Prototype Review

Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to provide feedback on an interactive guide based on ISACA's Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework. The interactive guide was designed to help users better understand and visualize the key components of the framework, with a focus on user experience, user journey, and navigation.

Not all who apply will be selected to participate. 

Anticipated Outcomes:

  • Volunteers will go through one module of the Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework Interactive Guide and record their user experience through a survey.
    • A link to the module and survey will be provided on 7 April. Surveys will be due no later than 16 April.
  • After completing the survey, volunteers may be asked to participate in a virtual follow-up interview to further discuss the experience.
    • Interviews will last approximately 30 minutes, and will be scheduled the week of 17-21 April.
    • Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with ISACA staff. All feedback will be confidential.
  • The feedback collected will be used to improve the interactive guide and future resources related to the Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Representation from various career and experience levels:
    • CEO/CTO/CIO
    • Director
    • Manager
    • Business Leader
    • Individual Contributor
  • Representation from various functional roles/titles:
    • Risk
    • Security
    • Governance
    • IT/IS
    • Audit
  • Global representation of participants preferred
  • Fluency in English (verbal) for the interview
  • ISACA member or certifications not required
  • Availability between 8am-5pm Central Time for the interview 

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to 2 CPE credits in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the survey.
