Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in an asynchronous, online qualitative research discussion around ISACA’s brand and marketing, which will be conducted using an online research platform called Qualboard.  

Timeline: 

  • This activity will take place over a 3-day period the week of 2 June (dates still TBD). 
  • Activity will be completed asynchronously.
  • Selected volunteers MUST be able to participate for 30 minutes each day during the 3-day activity period, at a time convenient for them. 
  • Volunteers who do not complete all 3 days of activity (30 minutes each day) will be ineligible for CPE. 

 

Anticipated outcomes: 

  •  Accepted volunteers will be asked to respond to questions in the research platform posed by a moderator over a 3-day period, the week of 2 June.
  • Volunteers may also interact with each other in the platform via chat, if desired.
  • Volunteers will help identify how the ISACA brand is perceived by different stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
  • Volunteers will contribute to improved credentialing offerings:
    • Contribute to the development of a scalable framework that will support ISACA's future growth and expansion.
    • Assist in creating a cohesive and consistent brand architecture that aligns with ISACA's overall mission and values.
    • Foster greater engagement and collaboration with ISACA's stakeholders, ensuring their perspectives are considered in the development process. 

 

Volunteer Criteria:  

  • ISACA Membership required
  • English fluency required
  • A range of demographics are needed:
  • Current CISA OR CISM holders (10 total)
  • ISACA certificate holders who do not hold an ISACA certification (10)
  • Members with no certificate or certification from ISACA (10)
  • Must be available to participate according to the timeline specified above 

 

Volunteer benefits:  

  • Up to 2 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term 
  • Contribute to the assessment and development of ISACA’s brand and credentialing offerings
