Description:

Reporting to the ISACA Board of Directors (“Board”), the Governance & Nominating Committee (“Committee”) is a standing committee as detailed in the ISACA Bylaws. The Governance & Nominating Committee advises the Board and oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of ISACA’s corporate governance practices including the composition of board members. The Committee consults with the CEO, Board Chair, the Board, and other committee chairs on governance practices and issues as needed.
