Description:

Reporting to the ISACA Board of Directors (“Board”), the Risk & Technology Committee (“Committee”) is appointed by the Board to assist in the oversight of: 
(1) decisions that affect the strategic use of technology resources, systems (infrastructure and application), architecture, and investments;
(2) IT and cybersecurity risk management activities and monitoring in conjunction with other Board committees and the full Board; and
(3) management’s activities to monitor and report technology metrics, budget, and compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies.
