Description:

The session recording participant will provide ISACA a 50-60 minute self-recorded presentation in Spanish. ISACA seeks to expand learning bundles beyond English and is piloting this effort by gathering recorded webinars in Spanish.  

 

Process:  

Approved applicants will will receive additional details on presentation tips, content, etc. As well as instructions for how to upload their recording. Prior to uploading the presentation recording, all presenters will be required to sign an ISACA Speaker Agreement.  

Between 1 May – 30 June, the participant will record themselves presenting on the agreed-upon topic in Spanish  that meets the logistic and content requirements. Participants will upload this recording as well as a PDF or PPT of the presentation and any other educational materials they wish to make available to viewers 

Recordings will be vetted by a volunteer review team which will influence ISACA Global’s decision on which presentations will be included in future learning bundle(s). Submissions are not guaranteed to be included in a learning bundle. ISACA reserves the right to repurpose the content into smaller learning modules if appropriate.  

 

Volunteer Criteria:  

The participant must follow the below criteria and requirements to participate in the project:   

  • Logistic criteria and requirements for participant to follow:
    • Mp4 format with both slides and camera showing in view
    • Session must be 50-60 min in length (ie. 50 min of presentation)
    • Provide a copy of ppt presentation which will be shared with the audience (ppt or PDF format)
    • Presentation Language: Spanish  
  • Content criteria and requirements for participant to follow:
    • Session offers practical guidance and thought leadership based  
    • Clear learning objectives are stated and achieved
    • Marketing promotions, harassment, profanity, or other unprofessional behavior will immediately exclude the presentation from consideration.
    • Presentation topic must be an ISACA domain: IT Audit, Career / Leadership Development, Cybersecurity / Information Security, Digital Trust, Emerging Technologies, Governance, IT Risk and Compliance, Privacy  
  • ISACA Membership Required
  • Presenters will be required to sign the ISACA Speaker Agreement.  

 

Volunteer benefits:  

  • If approved to provide a presentation recording, volunteers may self-claim up to 5 CPEs in the area of Teaching/Lecturing/Presenting (regardless of whether the final recording is included in a learning bundle.) Learn more about CPE qualifying activities here
