Description:

Task Force members will support necessary change management for chapter administration associated with ISACA Global’s transition to a new e-commerce system. 

The Task Force can expect to meet approximately monthly via Teams virtual meeting, with some offline work and email communications between meetings. 

Anticipated Outcomes:

  • Understand the opportunities afforded to ISACA with the new system and necessary changes to scale support of our members, including understanding the membership and certification cycles.
  • Provide input on support and change management needed from ISACA global for encouraging renewals in the new anniversary cycle.
  • Amplify messaging to fellow chapter leaders around upcoming changes, respond to concerns and/or relay them to ISACA Global where appropriate.
  • Give feedback on regional pricing model and chapter pricing best practices.
  • Advise on chapters’ needs related to group invoicing and remittances for dues payments.
  • Provide feedback on proposed best practices and documentation related to this transition.
  • Lead by example with other chapter leaders by ensuring that their chapter is responsive to change management steps.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Active 2026 ISACA Membership
  • 2+ years experience as a chapter leader in a President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, or Membership role preferred
  • Current chapter leader
  • ISACA certification holders preferred
  • Regional representation required
  • Open minded
  • Solutions oriented with a focus on scalability
  • Experience with change management preferred
  • Experience with a significant project development and deployment preferred

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to 5 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
  • Influence communications and operations rollout of new system to chapters.
  • Ensure that chapter leaders are equipped with appropriate information and resources to facilitate a smooth transition.
