2023 Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework Publishing Platform Prototype Testing

ISACA is seeking volunteers to test and provide feedback on ISACA’s publishing platform focused on the digital delivery of ISACA’s Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework (DTEF) including guidance, tools, and assessment. The platform prototype is designed to help users better understand and visualize the framework and ancillary guidance, tools and self-assessment, with a focus on user experience, user journey, and navigation. 

DISREGARD listed start date. Volunteers will be approved and interviews scheduled on a rolling basis until spots are filled. Not all who apply will be selected to participate based on needed representation and limited interview slots.

Anticipated Outcomes:

• Staff will facilitate the virtual interview and prompt volunteers to complete different tasks within the prototype and record their experiences.
  • A link to the prototype will be provided during the call.
  • 1-1 interviews will last approximately 1 hour, and will be scheduled the weeks 23 Oct, 30 Oct and 6 November.
  • 1-1 interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with ISACA staff. All feedback will be confidential.
• The feedback collected will be used to inform development and user experience of the publishing platform focused on the digital delivery of Digital Trust Framework and ancillary products.

• Global representation of participants required
• Fluency in English (verbal) for the interview required
• ISACA member or certifications not required
• Availability between 8am-5pm U.S. Central Time for the interview
• Stable internet access to complete the testing interview
