Description:

Reporting to the ISACA Board of Directors (“Board”), the Finance Committee (“Committee”) is a standing committee as detailed in the ISACA Bylaws Article VI, Section 6.2(c). The Committee reports to the Board. The Committee assists the ISACA Board in monitoring financial resources. This includes oversight of resource allocation (annual budget), monitoring financial results and investments, and submitting recommendations to the Board for financial matters which require the Board’s consideration and action.
