Description:

To continue with recent rollout and implementation of the updated chapter compliance requirements in 2019, this task force will continue with the development and processes for the ongoing annual chapter compliance audits going forward. 

Anticipated outcomes:

In 2019, the Chapter Compliance Framework Task Force created new chapter compliance requirements to ensure ISACA chapters and ISACA Global maintain a mutually beneficial relationship in carrying out the terms of the chapter affiliation agreement. This task force will continue with the next phase of the compliance model that will go into effect in 2020 – introducing chapter audits. This task force will:

  • Develop a plan to audit chapters that will begin in 2020,
  • Serve as regional ambassadors/support for chapters that are having difficulty becoming compliant,
  • Evaluate and suggest any changes to make to the compliance framework and audit process to ISACA staff.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Current or recent experience as a chapter
  • Knowledge of ISACA frameworks, products, certifications and
  • All participants shall be current ISACA members.
  • Geographic area representation required.
  • Representation from small, medium, large, and very large chapters will be considered.

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 20 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
