2022 CMMI Organizational Behavior Toolkit Reviewers

< return to list
Signup Deadline: 16 May, 2022
Starts: 23 May, 2022
Ends: 06 Jun, 2022
Location: Online Opportunity

Description:

This group of volunteers will participate in the review of the draft CMMI Organizational Behavior toolkit. The heart of the toolkit is a survey that CMMI Lead Appraisers or Performance Improvement Leads can have an organization execute to assess organizational behavior. The purpose of the survey is to see where the organization is in respect to accepting change.  An organization with a low score demonstrates characteristics of an organization that is less prepared to handle change management, versus an organization with a higher score.

Anticipated outcomes:

The volunteers will support the review and refinement of the draft CMMI Organizational Behavior toolkit. It is expected that the volunteers complete a survey, return a completed version of the survey, and provide any comments on survey questions or the toolkit itself.

It is expected that the draft document will be available for review mid-May. Volunteer reviewers will have two weeks to complete their review and to provide feedback to ISACA. The timeline may adjust depending on release schedule.

Volunteer criteria:

  • Familiarity with performance improvement, organizational behavior, or organizational change.
  • Geographic area considered for diversity.
  • ISACA membership not required.

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 2 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
