Description:

ISACA’s Member Experience team is seeking volunteers to provide feedback on potential new Membership tiers and associated benefits. The purpose of these conversations is to collect feedback from our current and potential members to determine how best to serve our community.

Interviews will be scheduled upon application review between the dates of 20 September and 12 October. Disregard the start date above.

1:1 Interviews will be conducted via telephone/Microsoft Teams with ISACA staff. The interviews last approximately 30 minutes, and all information remains confidential.

Interviews will be scheduled upon application review between the dates of 20 September and 12 October.

Spots are limited and not all who apply will be selected to participate.


Volunteer Criteria:

  • We are looking for a broad representation of:
    • Members, certification holder, and non-member community participants
    • Career and experience levels
    • Regions/countries

Volunteer Benefits:

  • .5 CPE credit (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the interview.
  • Opportunity to influence ISACA products and services to best meet your professional needs in the future.
