2020 CSX Portfolio Perception Interviews

ISACA seeks input from cyber professionals – both ISACA members and nonmembers – on the CSX portfolio. In an effort to learn more about how the products are currently being used and what enhancements may better serve you in your career, ISACA staff will conduct one hour interviews via phone/virtual meeting platform.

Timeline:

Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis until approximately September 2020 based on the availability of the ISACA staff interviewer and participant. Accepted volunteers will have "2020 CSX Portfolio Perception Interviews" recorded in their volunteer history with a standard 1 October date to close out the program (not specific to their individual interview.) 

Anticipated outcomes:

Participants will provide input and discuss current and potential features such as:

• the user experience for training and earning a CSX certificate or certification,
• value of the CSX brand and credentials,
• expectations of prospective CSX platform participants as well as expectations of continuing participants,
• communication by ISACA on CSX and cybersecurity products and services,
• and more…

Volunteer Criteria:

• Currently working as a cyber professional or a desire to be a cyber security professional
• ISACA Members and Nonmembers may apply. ISACA Members with less than 5 years of membership preferred or transitioning into a career in cyber.
• Knowledge of ISACA CSX Portfolio
• Global diversity
• Current CSX credential holders not required.
• Ability to connect to a virtual meeting platform with reliable internet connection.
• Fluency in English for verbal interview.

Volunteer benefits:

• 1 CPE in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the interview and any other survey or other quantitative research questionnaire. (Both will not exceed one (1) hour).
• 10% discount on future course (CSX Cybersecurity Practitioner Certification Prep Course)
