During a strategic meeting with the ISACA Accra Chapter President, Mr. Solomon H. H. Ackom, the Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, laid out an ambitious roadmap to transform Ghana’s digital ecosystem over the next four years.

Data Harmonization Act – centralizing datasets for AI-driven governance
Digital Economy Act – enabling innovation, e-commerce & entrepreneurship
📌Stricter enforcement and hefty penalties for cybersecurity breaches
📌Consumer-focused reforms: 30–50% of fines to compensate affected users
📌New compliance directives for all 135 Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) institutions
