Kelly Rollins - Director of IT Audit Services with Oschner
Kelly leads a dynamic team dedicated to evaluating controls across IT systems, operations, and infrastructure. Her leadership extends to key areas such as SOC reporting, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity risk assessment. In addition to her audit responsibilities, Kelly heads the Data Analytics function within the Internal Audit department, driving the integration of data analytics to enhance audit efficiency and support proactive risk monitoring.
Rachel Arnold - Lead IT Systems Analyst - Vendor Management with Lumen
Rachel, also known as The Human API, is a neurodiverse professional with multi-industry expertise in leadership, strategic partnerships, and business operations. She currently serves as Project Management Lead in the Vendor Management Office at Lumen, where she drives enterprise initiatives focused on strategic sourcing, governance, and vendor lifecycle optimization. Her earlier role as Director of Business Operations and Strategy at Activision Blizzard saw her develop and lead a comprehensive vendor management program, supporting information security efforts and driving transformation. Rachel's strengths in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and operational strategy have consistently supported organizational growth across complex environments.
Shannon Wild - Vice President of IT with Brown & Root
Shannon is Vice President of Information Systems, Technology, and Shared Services at Brown & Root. In this role, she provides strategic direction and leadership for the company’s Corporate IT and Shared Services functions, overseeing areas such as infrastructure and networking, helpdesk and desktop support, application support and development, ERP systems, IT vendor and contractor management, and more; she also leads large-scale implementation and upgrade initiatives across various systems and applications. With more than 25 years of experience, Shannon joined Brown & Root in 2016 after spending 13 years at CB&I, Inc. (formerly The Shaw Group Inc.), where she most recently served as Financial Systems Director. In addition to managing daily operations and teams, she has led numerous large-scale, systems-driven projects involving global integration, system implementations and upgrades, divestitures and mergers/acquisitions, and organizational restructures.
Stephanie Samuels - Vice President of Sales with Glean
Stephanie is a trailblazing sales executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and building high-performing teams in the tech industry. Currently VP of Enterprise Sales at Glean, she leads strategic initiatives that deliver transformative results across the enterprise landscape. She's held senior leadership roles at MongoDB—including VP of WW Strategic Cloud Pursuits and Head of North American Corporate Sales—and spent nearly 13 years at NetScout Systems, where she focused on talent development and customer value. Her career is defined by innovation, adaptability, and a commitment to challenging the status quo.
