Even if you’re in a meeting with lots of people, you can still talk effectively to all the different types – learn how! Make your points understood, get people to take the actions they need to take, and end your meetings without that “They just didn’t get it” feeling!
Speaker Bio:
Carson Shaffer is a Tech entrepreneur who has been help-ing people understand the computer industry for over 25 years. As the owner of a successful MSP for over 2 dec-ades, Carson worked with Local Governments, First Re-sponders, Businesses and Legal IT and saw first hand how poor communications were almost always the root cause of problems. These disconnects sparked a passion to help technical people speak more effectively to C-Level, Sales, Designers and Management who may be completely different from themselves. A Distinguished Toastmaster as well as a CISSP, CISA, multiple MCSE, CNE, A+ and N+ In-structor, Carson is also a certified NLP Practitioner and DISC trainer.
