With our new pricing structure for monthly meetings, we feel it is important to share these bits of information before our meeting Thursday.
Please note that this Thursday’s event at Brio is FULL and we have several individuals on the waitlist. If you are signed up and your plans have changed, please cancel your registration (or send an e-mail to arrangements@isacacoh.org) so that we can offer the opportunity to those on the waitlist.
- While we are offering free meetings to members, pre-registration is required and spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Most of our venues have space limitations that will dictate our capacity.
- Guests may sign up for a waitlist for full events. If there is a cancellation, those guests will be notified via e-mail and given a space in the order they signed up for the waitlist.
- We have updated our cancellation policy to allow us to invoice no-shows at events. If you have registered and can no longer attend, you are able to modify / cancel your registration by going to the registration site (found for each event on the event registration page), or you can e-mail arrangements@isacacoh.org without penalty prior to the event.
- Walk-ins for our events are discouraged as we cannot guarantee a space will be available. For full events, walk-ins will be asked to wait until 5 minutes before the event starts to sign in to ensure registered guests are guaranteed the space they reserved. NOTE: There will be a $10 "walk-in" fee for members that have not registered in advance.
- For registered guests, we ask that you arrive by noon. if you are going to be late please contact arrangements@isacacoh.org as soon as possible so that we can hold your spot.
