Over the last several months, the chapter Board of Directors performed a bylaws review and has made the below, notable amendments:
- Changes to align with updated ISACA bylaws guidance;
- Revisions to chapter officer, board, and standing committee duties; and
- Formulation of standing committee sub-committees.
Pursuant to Article XI of the chapter bylaws (Amendment of Chapter Bylaws), we invite chapter membership to approve proposed amendments to the bylaws. A copy of the proposed bylaws can be found here. For comparison, you may find a copy of the last membership-approved bylaws here.
We encourage all members to cast their vote in favor of the board’s recommended amendments. Voting will be performed at our next chapter meeting, which is scheduled for November 9, 2023.
