What is SheLeadsTech?

ISACA have established a program called OneInTech of which SheLeadsTech is a subprogram, which focuses on women in IT and the challenges and opportunities associated with it.

Our work mainly consists of organizing events where we invite representatives from Danish companies/organizations to speak about how they work with attracting/retaining women in IT, as well as individuals to share their personal experience with careers in IT.

Our purpose

The goal is to inspire young women to take an interest in IT educations but also use our network to get a job in IT/tech.

Goal

To create a network of people who see the benefit of getting more women interested in IT. Not for the sole purpose of diversity but to use the talent pool to help companies fill the job positions they are craving.

Partnering

We are looking for partners who would like to host a SheLeadsTech event in 2024 or help us connect with potential speakers who have an interesting profile that suits our agenda.
