In periods of rapid change, organizations succeed when governance and control frameworks enable innovation rather than inhibit it. Today's leaders face increasing pressure to adopt emerging technologies, respond to evolving risks, and deliver measurable outcomes—all while maintaining stakeholder trust. This session examines the strategic role of controls in shaping organizational behavior, improving maturity, and strengthening decision-making. Attendees will explore practical approaches for influencing tone at the top, recognizing and rewarding innovation, and helping leadership teams address the governance and risk challenges introduced by artificial intelligence and other disruptive technologies.

Learning Objectives:

  • How you can help leaders shift the tone at the top
  • Helping leaders recognize and applaud innovations
  • Improving organizational maturity
  • Dealing with the rapid shifts in risk relative to AI
