ISACA chapters will be organizing local activities from 26 September - 4 October 2026, offering multiple opportunities to get involved. You can join a chapter-led event in your area, or choose an "independent" activity to participate on your own (or with your family.) Some opportunities may directly advance digital trust, while others simply focus on making the world a better place.
To get started:
- Create your free Helper Helper account to see all local activities and sign up.
- Select your country/chapter in the "Team" menu to find ways your chapter is participating and sign up for opportunities that interest you.
- When you are done volunteering on for CommunITy Day, log into Helper Helper to validate your time and be counted in our global impact.
For more details, download the participant instructions.
What if my chapter doesn't have any local opportunities listed?
Chapters will add their events to Helper Helper as local plans are finalized, up to the date of the event. If your chapter does not have an event listed, contact your chapter to find out plans or check Helper Helper again later.
If your chapter is not organizing a local activity, you can still participate! Look for an independent virtual activity in Helper Helper or plan your own activity to record in the platform to be included in ISACA's global impact. View this activity guide for inspiration.
How can I recommend an organization or opportunity to my chapter?
Contact the leaders of your local chapter. Find your chapter website and contact info here. Consider offering to be your chapter's Team Lead and organize one of the events.
How do I help build excitement?
Use #ISACACommunITyDay on social media to be included in the live feed the day of the event. Invite friends and family (as appropriate for the activity) to participate with you!
Follow the hashtag to discover activities taking place around the world!
