There is a major focus on improving cyber resilience and the security of Australia’s critical infrastructure. This is a welcome development to address cyber threats' ever-increasing volume and sophistication. The amendments to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI Act 2018) are further testament to the growing regulatory activity in this vital area.
ISACA Sydney is committed to the professional development of its members to recognise and contribute to collective cyber resilience across industries effectively. Aligning to this vision, a special one-day event (1DE) has been organised to explore different aspects of cyber security in critical infrastructure with a clear objective to drive practical, actionable, real-world tangible outcomes. The event is scheduled for 11 November to be attended in person.
We’re inviting submissions from our members to present at the event and share their experiences and knowledge. The presentations will be 45-minutes, including Q&A.
