When participants create an account in Helper Helper, they agree to terms that release ISACA and its chapters from any liability for injuries during volunteer activities and agree to allow ISACA to use their images. It is recommended that each chapter collect waivers from each participant on site. This would be managed by the individual chapter. Please note: local law may require modifications to this language, ISACA cannot provide legal counsel to its Chapters, and it is in the best interest of each Chapter to obtain independent legal counsel for further assistance in limiting their liability.
