Description:

ISACA is seeking input on the User Experience [UX] of common tasks in our ecosystem. Volunteers will take an unmoderated usability test in Maze. During this test, users will interact with, and evaluate the current experiences of Reporting CPE, Applying for a Job, and Making an Engage post.

Anticipated outcomes:

  • Insights into severity and nature of current usability issues
  • Comparisons between ISACA and competitor jobs, forum, and portal websites 

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Knowledge or awareness of ISACA’s products, services, and experiences.
  • Current industry professional
  • Must have access to a laptop for testing (no mobile devices)
  • Must have Internet
  • ISACA membership not required
