Description:

ISACA is developing a new white paper focusing on why an enterprise should consider integrating ESG into their governance and management practices. We will provide illustrative examples of successful integration, and the impacts when ESG integration was done poorly or not at all.

The whitepaper will provide an overview of the three components of ESG:  Environmental, Social, Governance. This will also link to quotes and findings from the recent global webinar series on ESG.

Environment

  • Explain the current facts and figures regarding the environmental aspect of ESG.

Social
  • Explain the current facts and figures regarding the social aspect of ESG from two perspectives:

1) the enterprise’s responsibilities to their external social environment and

2) their internal environment (diversity and inclusion).

Governance

  • Provide an overview of the current posture of governance and reference the governance system principles from COBIT as well as reference other global governance models.
