2023 CISA/CISM Certification Program Interviews

ISACA®  has engaged with a trusted market research firm, SA Market Insights (https://samarketinsights.com/), to conduct an in-depth discussion with CISM and CISA certification holders about the future of certification programs.

Anticipated Outcomes:

• Participate in a 90-minute, 1:1 online video interview with SA Market Insights (all interviews conducted in English).
• Provide feedback and share ideas about ISACA’s CISA or CISM certification programs to influence future development.
• Identify areas of the certification program(s) that are currently beneficial, and other areas where there is room for improvement.
• Interviews will take place between 31 July and 15 August 2023.
• All information provided during the interview will be strictly confidential; no one will attempt to sell you anything.

Volunteer Criteria:

• Current CISA or CISM certification holder
• Length of time holding CISA or CISM certification: 3+ years
• Cannot be an instructor or chapter trainer
• Geographic area representation required
• Representation from various job levels required (executive, director, manager, individual practitioner)
• English fluency required to conduct video interview
• ISACA membership not required
• Availability to participate in a 90-minute interview between 31 July – 15 August
• Reliable internet connection to conduct video interview

Because ISACA is interested in the opinions of a regionally representative pool of professionals, not everyone who applies will be selected.

Volunteer Benefits: 

• Up to 2 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
