Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in 1-1 interviews about their onboarding experience upon joining membership with the organization. This includes providing insights related to your reasons for joining, experiences and communication with ISACA soon after joining (known as "onboarding"), potential improvements to this process for new members, and other onboarding related questions.

*Disregard the start and end date included with this opportunity. Applications will be approved and interviews scheduled on an ongoing basis throughout the interview period.

Anticipated Outcomes

Information learned from participant interviews will be used to inform and improve ISACA's new member onboarding experience. 

  • Feedback will be used to identify, map, and prioritize the interaction touchpoints new members have with ISACA during the onboarding process
  • Data will be used to create persona archetypes to better tailor and personalize a new member's initial experience with ISACA
  • Testimonial quotes will be collected and attached to research for qualitative data purposes

Volunteer Criteria

  • ISACA Membership required
  • Representation from various membership tenures preferred, including members who joined within the past 12 months
  • Geographic area representation required


Volunteer Benefits

  • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term 
  • Opportunity to positively influence a new member's experience with ISACA upon joining
