2024 CDPSE Customer Discovery Interviews

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in customer interviews about the CDPSE Certification to better understand the benefits (both realized and potential) and the general value of Data Privacy knowledge and credentials.

Spots are limited, not all who apply will be selected to participate.

Anticipated Outcomes:

Selected volunteers will participate in individual, virtual interviews (approximately 30-60 minutes) that will inform how CDPSE has impacted their lives and careers. This should result in:

• Determination of customer personas.
• Understanding of CDPSE’s place in a customer’s learning and credentialing journey.
• Overall discovery about the CDPSE customer and their place in the Data Privacy ecosystem.

Volunteer Criteria:

• Must have earned a CDPSE certification (current and past certification holders considered)
• English fluency (speaking/understanding) to conduct interview
• Reliable internet/phone connection to conduct interview
• ISACA membership not required
• Availability to participate in a 30-60 minute interview between 15 March – 15 April

Preferred but not required for overall volunteer composition:

• Earned CDPSE certification in past 18 months
• ONLY holds a CDPSE, no other ISACA core certifications
• Participated in the CDPSE Grandfathering

Volunteer Benefits: 
• Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
