Description:

ISACA is continuing research to improve the experience with the Chapter Leader Portal. Help is needed with the next round of feedback regarding site organization and navigation.

Anticipated Outcomes:

  • Volunteers will complete an independent survey providing feedback on ISACA’s hypothesis for how to group and navigate content in the Chapter Leader Portal.
  • The activity will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • This feedback will be used to inform revisions to the navigation and information architecture of the Chapter Leader Portal.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Current volunteer chapter leader (board or non-board roles)
    • “Immediate Past” volunteers are also acceptable
  • ISACA Membership required
  • Geographic area representation required. I.e., participants will be selected so that we can cover the most regions possible.

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Participants who complete the exercise will be provided with a US $25 virtual Visa gift card.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of ISACA's Chapter Leader Portal.
