Description:

As part of ISACA's advocacy efforts, an invitation-only roundtable was formed including ISACA Members and representatives from the UK Department for Digital, Cultural, Media and Sport (DCMS.) The following topics were discussed on 3 March 2021:

  • Development of common cyber standards, metrics and processes  
  • Implementation and use of cyber standards and guidance at an enterprise level  
  • The role and value of developing suitably qualified and experienced personnel
  • The function of maturity and capability assessments in realising standards  
  • Use of procurement and commercial relationships to drive up standards  
  • Transparency and cyber incentives in realising best cyber standards and practice
