Description:

ISACA is hosting a focus group for early career professionals (students, young professionals, career changers, etc.) to share their career challenges and experiences in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space. Your feedback will help shape the future of GRC at ISACA. Volunteers will participate in brief, facilitated 1:1 or small group interviews to provide feedback. 

 

Anticipated outcomes:

  • Online interviews will be scheduled via Microsoft Teams between the volunteer(s) and ISACA staff at a mutually convenient time. Focus group will typically last about 60 minutes, depending on the nature of the conversation.
  • Gather volunteer feedback on ISACA’s current governance and risk domain offerings.
  • Collect perspectives on alternative training methods, formats, and approaches used by other providers or experienced by volunteers.  
  • Help shape fundamental offerings that better meet the evolving needs of ISACA’s global professional community.
  • Disregard start and end date; applicants will be approved and interviews scheduled on a rolling basis.  

 

Volunteer Criteria: 

  •  Early career professionals (students, young professionals, career changers, etc.) preferred
  • Interest in providing feedback and thoughtful input on ISACA products, services, and learning offerings.
  • Interest in GRC topics, training, and professional development.
  • Ability to share perspectives on learning needs, training experiences, and product expectations.
  • Basic conversational familiarity with the English language to discuss and provide feedback.
  • Stable internet connection to support participation in a Microsoft Teams discussion.
  • ISACA Membership or certifications not required.
