Description:

ISACA is redesigning our certification webpages, and we want your feedback! This is an opportunity to have an impact on our website while we are still designing. 

 

Anticipated outcomes: 

  • Volunteers will participate in 1:1 interviews  to express opportunities, frustrations or difficulties navigating and finding relevant information on the current certification web pages.
  • Volunteers will provide feedback on new proposed designs for the certification web pages on ISACA.org.
  • Interviews will be conducted in English. 

 

Volunteer Criteria: 

  •  Must be interested in earning—or already have earned—a certification from ISACA or a similar professional organization
  • A broad mix of experience levels and student, recent grad, vs. professional status  
  • Broad geographic representation
  • Prefer volunteers associated with ISACA, AND other professional organizations.
  • ISACA Membership not required
  • Able to share audio + camera from a quiet space for 1 hour to conduct the interview.  
  • Interviews will be scheduled between 10-20 July. Must be available to conduct an interview during this time. 

 

Volunteer benefits:  

  • Direct impact on isaca.org and the certification journey
  • Express current difficulties with the webpage architecture and layout
  • Evaluate new proposed designs to and give feedback based on your own web browsing experience.

Per the ISACA Terms of Use all users are prohibited from sharing ISACA content or services with generative AI tools. AI tools and notetakers are not permitted in any ISACA-led meeting. We appreciate your cooperation.
