2024 Membership Experience Advisory Group

The Member Experience (MX) Advisory Group will partner with ISACA Global staff to collaborate and provide feedback on initial and ongoing projects to deliver impactful benefits for ISACA members worldwide. Projects will be discussed and prioritized in alignment with ISACA’s global strategy. The group may also critique final go-to-market documentation to ensure their applicability, accuracy, and market viability.

Anticipated Outcomes:

The MX Advisory Group will support the development and delivery of multiple projects by:

• Analyzing and sharing the existing market need for membership-related products, services, and experiences while understanding ISACA’s position in the market.
• Provide insight on member needs and impactful experiences.
• Identifying areas where ISACA can benefit from collaborative development activities, partnerships or other relationships and recommend third parties for consideration.
• Recommend prioritization of projects or phases for delivery of new programs and services.
• Outlining and sharing project areas of improvement, risks and constraints.

Volunteer Criteria:

• Recent chapter leader experience preferred (within 2 years)
• Knowledge of ISACA frameworks, products, certifications, and services.
• Elementary understanding of Membership experience including member-exclusive benefits, member types, loyalty levels, chapter operations, etc.  
• ISACA Membership required.
• Geographic area representation required.

Volunteer Benefits:

• Up to 20 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
• Opportunity to influence future membership offerings.
